RULES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Once we receive the booking request, the room you have chosen will be temporary blocked for you and you will receive all the information to send the deposit to confirm your reservation. The deposit must be sent within 2 days from your booking request and you will have to send the receipt of the deposit by email or fax to confirm it. Once you do this your temporary booking will be completely confirmed.
• The room will remain blocked for you for a max of 2 days, if within this period the payment of the 30% is not confirmed the room will be unblocked.
• Payment conditions: 30% at the moment of your reservation, 70% at your arrival.
• Ways of payment:
- by bank cheque, cash, bank deposit, Western Union, credit card through Paypal.
- at your arrival in cash.

• Cancellation policy:

From day of booking until 30 days before the Check-in 10% of total price**
From 29 days to 16 days before the Check-in 30% of total price**
From 15 days to 8 days before the Check-in 50% of total price**
From 7 days before the Check-in 70% of total price**
No Show 100% of total price**

• The B&B can change the room from an already booked one to another one of the same type or better without notice.
• If by any problem the room you have already booked is no longer available, it will be exchanged with a different one, if possible the same type or better. If this is not possible or the only room left is a lower level one, the client may accept or refuse the change. If the client refuses the change, the deposit shall be completely refunded.
• Prices are in euro and they are valid until December 17th of the current year.
• Minimum stay 2 nights and 4 nights on High season.
• Check-out: the luggage CAN'T be kept in the B&B after check-out at 10am.
• Arrivals, between 8.00 and until 20.00, departures before 10.00. For different arrival and departure times, there's an extra charge of euro 25, and anyhow must be discussed with the owner.
• In High season periods (Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve) an extra charge of 20% over the high season prices might be charged.
• The B&B may change these Terms and conditions in any time in any way, and without notice.
